You are:
- 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, or program management at a Big 4 or comparable consulting firm .

- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint proficiency – capable of turning insights into clear, compelling strategies.
- A track record of execution – not just analysis, but leading implementation and driving business results .
- An ownership mindset – ready to take full responsibility for projects, working directly with leadership teams.
