Role Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Territory Sales Executives and possibly Senior Territory Sales Executives in the designated territory.
• Accountable for the team\’s results.
• Responsible for maximizing opportunities for the generation of profitable revenue from existing agents, managing the end-to-end sales process including selling the complete product portfolio to existing agents.
• Create and execute strategy to enable Sales Force (Farmers) to deliver a 360-degree agent lifecycle management.
• Responsible for managing, motivating, coaching, and mentoring those within the team to achieve and exceed Sales targets.
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships among the Company and its Agents in assigned territory.
• Responsible for operational execution of plan within territory.
• Contributes to the development of strategic initiatives which enforce stable and profitable growth for the Company and executes accordingly.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience in management role.
• Leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and operational oversight.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Fluency in both German and English; other languages a plus.
