For our location in Bonn, we are looking for an Expert HR Marketing & Recruiting (d/f/m) . With more than 130 consultants working out of three offices in Germany, Singapore, and the USA, our consulting teams work on assignments from all over the globe. DHL Consulting\’s head office in Bonn is home to approx. 100 colleagues from 30 different countries. The role is based in Bonn offering some flexibility in terms of remote work in Germany.

Who you\’ll work with:

You will be a core member of the HR & COO Team at DHL Consulting. You are reporting to the Head of Recruiting at DHL Consulting and are working closely with two more colleagues in the recruiting team. Our team of ten passionate HR professionals focuses on attracting, developing and supporting a diverse pool of consulting professionals who represent the communities we live and work in. In your recruiting efforts, you will collaborate with all team members to ensure cohesion and effective working relationships. Maintaining a synergistic relationship with our consulting team and office leadership is paramount in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will be expected to travel within Europe occasionally to champion our company at recruiting events.

What you\’ll do:

  1. Design and Execute HR Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate closely with our internal Marketing & Communications team to attract top talent for DHL Consulting. This includes creating engaging job advertisements, managing the careers page, and leveraging digital marketing and candidate engagement tools.
  2. Enhance and Promote Employer Brand: Provide input to strengthen our employer brand through content creation, targeted recruitment campaigns, and social media activities across various channels. Represent the company at various university events and job fairs.
  3. Partnership Building: Establish and maintain excellent relationships with academic partners, vendors, and agencies.
  4. Proactive Recruitment Strategies: Implement proactive recruitment strategies, such as active sourcing, to maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  5. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust and diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  6. Assessment Tools and Techniques: Review and refine our assessment tools and techniques to ensure effective candidate evaluation.
  7. Candidate Pre-Selection and Recruiting Days: Contribute to the pre-selection of candidates at various seniority levels and organize recruiting days.
  8. Data-Driven Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, track key performance indicators, and recommend adjustments to our assessment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Master degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR marketing and recruitment in the professional services sector (preferably in the consulting industry).
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outgoing personality and ability to build connections.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • International work experience desired.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems, i.e. ATS, MS Office (especially Excel), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Fluency in English and German on a business professional level.
