Are you a passionate networker with a keen sense for successful partnerships? Then you’ve come to the right place! As a Partner Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and scaling our partner network in Germany.
YOUR MISSION
- Strategic Expansion: Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with top partners in Germany.
- Visionary Networking: Identify and acquire new partners to strengthen our ecosystem.
- Successful Market Entry: Support partners in launching our software solutions and managed services, ensuring their success.
- Negotiation Skills: Create and negotiate partner contracts while ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute impactful market entry strategies in collaboration with our partners.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with Account Managers, PreSales colleagues, and other experts to provide optimal support to partners.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Cooperate with marketing, product management, and ChannelCare teams to maximize partner success.
- Market Expertise: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
- Event Management: Plan and execute partner events, training sessions, and webinars—representing Matrix42 professionally at company and partner events.
Your profile
MUST HAVES
- Several years of experience in partner management, business development, or channel sales in the IT software industry.
- A university degree in a relevant field.
- Deep understanding of the structures and requirements of large system integrators, MSPs, and IT service providers .
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth through partner channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills , including C-level interactions.
- A strong network within the German IT landscape —ideally across Europe.
- A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Experience in launching and scaling partner programs .
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally across Europe.
- And most importantly: a positive attitude that inspires those around you!
