Your Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lead to join our German team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the helm of driving success in our Brand, Media & Creative Domain. Are you interested in providing comprehensive insights and strategies to optimize brand management, enhance creative effectiveness, and drive impactful media campaigns ? If so and if you’re fluent in German and English and have a proven track record in sales and business development, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Strategize and Succeed: Develop and execute sales plans to outperform revenue targets for our BMC Domain in Germany.
  • Build Bonds: Forge and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and ensuring the delivery of bespoke solutions.
  • Inspire and Guide: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and success-driven culture
  • Collaborate and Win: Work with cross-functional teams to drive local and global campaigns and successfully ensure cross-team sales success and client satisfaction.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to uncover new business opportunities.

  • Proven experience in sales and business development.
