As a Localization Project Manager at YAZIO, you will collaborate closely with marketing subteams and external language specialists to ensure high-quality, localized content that resonates across our international markets. This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the U.K.
Your Profile
- Degree in Translation, Localization, Linguistics, Marketing or a related field, with at least 3 years of project coordination or management experience in localization, specializing in marketing content.
- Experience in audiovisual localization, such as voiceover and subtitle localization, is a plus, along with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in localization tools like Phrase TMS and Phrase Strings, and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and marketing platforms like Iterable.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, culturally relevant content, with a structured and independent work ethic suitable for remote work environments.
- A strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills, fluent in both German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- An interest in health and nutrition is a plus.

Your Mission
- Manage end-to-end marketing localization projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables across all campaigns, while optimizing workflows for marketing content, including ads, emails, and social media copy.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external language specialists across 20 language locales to ensure content resonates with local audiences, and support the recruiting, onboarding, and managing of these specialists to maintain high-quality standards.
- Assist fellow Localization Project Managers and Localization Quality Managers during peak periods or in their absence, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of services, and address localization-related queries efficiently to keep projects running smoothly.
- Facilitate clear communication between marketing and localization teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and expectations, and work closely with YAZIO’s Marketing Team to ensure localized content aligns with brand voice, campaign objectives, and company goals.
- Continuously improve marketing localization processes by suggesting enhancements to tools, workflows, and strategies.
