Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement (CI)
- Lead and coordinate process optimization projects
- Collaborate with various departments to implement improvement measures
- Monitor and evaluate the results of improvement projects
- Train and support employees in CI methods, tools and the MSA Business System (MBS)
- Contribute to the strategic development of the site into a Center of Excellence
- Achieve productivity improvements and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets, including reporting and presentation
- Implement corporate guidelines
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in Continuous Improvement and Project Management
- Solid knowledge of CI methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with CI tools and software (e.g., Minitab, eKaizen)
