Head of Talent and Learning
Location: To be based in Madrid or Frankfurt
Travel: Once every two weeks to other European offices (which could be London, Madrid, Frankfurt, Paris)
(preferred location Madrid office)
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Head of Learning and Talent to join our client and play a critical role in driving the success of our global training, learning, and leadership development strategies. This position will work closely with senior leadership to build team leader training, deploy recruitment systems, and define the future needs of the organisation. This role can be based in Madrid or Frankfurt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams internally, measure KPIs, and work alongside the Directors to ensure alignment with performance goals.
- Implement recruitment systems and the employer brand across the group, integrating Culture & Values to enhance new hire performance and improve tenure.
- Manage the recruitment of key senior level positions.
- Develop and deploy leadership development actions based on the 9 Box Grid Discussion, ensuring robust leadership pipeline growth.
Required Experience:
- Fluent in English and local language of office location, open to traveling across Europe.
- Proven experience working in global, matrixed organizations with exposure to large-scale roles.
- Expertise in Learning, Recruitment, and Organisational Design.
- Experience in high-growth organisations with senior stakeholder management.
