What awaits you

We are looking for a strong communicator, Brand Manager / Brand Consultant Lead (m/f/d) . Together with your team, you will successfully manage projects for our national customers and build up existing customer relationships. You can expect a challenging and demanding position that offers you plenty of scope for new ideas and personal development.

• Strategic consulting for national and international clients; from start-ups to large corporations
• Managing a team in collaboration with the Creative Lead
• Development of brand and design strategies
• Expansion of existing customer relationships
• Overall responsibility for timings, budgets, capacity utilization and efficiency
• Presenting and moderating workshops for and with clients
• Employee management and development

What you bring

• A university degree – preferably in marketing or communications
• At least 6 years of professional experience in project management / brand consulting on the corporate or agency side
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Sound know-how in branding and marketing
• Experience in employee management and employee development
• Empathy and negotiation skills
• Very good moderation and presentation skills in German & English (Native or Expert Level)
• Enthusiasm and team spirit to successfully tackle daily challenges
