As part of our Global Mobility team in Berlin, Frankfurt/Main or Stuttgart, you will join a fast-paced, dynamic team and play a key role in our vision to become the leading global professional services organization. You will take on a wide range of tasks:
- Prepare relocation packages, including cost estimates and assignment contracts, while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements
- Collaborate with Mobility Consultants and internal departments (Talent, Finance, Tax, Immigration) for effective assignment management and approvals
- Maintain frequent communication with assignees to monitor assignment progress and provide advice on mobility-related queries
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and engage with the virtual Mobility support team to ensure efficient delivery of mobility services
- Identify process improvements, resolve mobility-related issues, and assist in data management and compensation data collection as needed
