What to Expect:

We are seeking an innovative, driven, and highly motivated Junior Sourcer to join our high-performing in-house recruitment team. You will play a key role in helping us expand our teams by sourcing top talent for various roles across our state-of-the-art Gigafactory.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage high-volume recruitment, sourcing for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
• Use various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top passive talent.
• Conduct behavioral-based screening calls to assess candidate fit.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep relevant business partners updated.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams and business partners.
• Leverage data and market insights to drive sourcing strategy and present findings.
• Drive process improvements and support recruitment-related projects.
• Deliver a „Best in Class“ candidate experience at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous sourcing experience in an agency and/or corporate environment, preferably sourcing for skilled blue collar roles such as Technicians and Engineers in a production environment.
• Proficient in English and German language.
• Proven track record in sourcing and assessing both technical and non-technical candidates.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Experience in using ATS and other common sourcing tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new technologies.
