To strengthen our marketing team in the Berlin office, we are looking for one:
Graphic designer (m/f/d)
Tasks
Digital & Print
- Development of a strong, modern, consistent visual identity for our Brands (Stölzle Lausitz, Oberglas, Glencairn) and direct influence on how our Brands are perceived.
- Close cooperation with the marketing team to create creative campaigns and materials.
- Conception, planning, and creation of content, graphics, videos, and texts for all marketing activities (various social media channels, online shop, newsletter, online/print advertising, and packaging).
- Acceptance of responsibility for daily operations, especially with regard to our own channels and their stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with new tools and channels.
- Cooperation with internal departments and external partners.
Your Profile
- Bachelor/master’s degree in graphic design or a similar area as well as at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of graphic design (without internships).
- A strong understanding of the effect of Brands, strategic and creative thinking about continuous improvement in brand awareness and a pronounced sense of high-quality and elegant brand aesthetics.
- Ideally, experience in the conception and implementation of social media content, digital campaigns, as well as video and image processing, newsletter design, printing materials, packaging, and illustrations.
- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other software; experience in UI/UX design and in animation/motion graphics is an advantage.
- Excellent team and communication skills as well as a high degree of motivation and passion for the topic.
- Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
