We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, experience in crafting campaigns, and a knack for analyzing data to inform decisions. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with business goals, fostering customer engagement, and improving the company’s brand positioning in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, email, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Business development, product etc) to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using specified measures and evaluation metrics.
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and ensure cost-effectiveness.
All About You
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 – 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing or a related area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
