Your Mission:

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will craft compelling stories, build meaningful connections with partners, and amplify IRIS’s brand presence in a highly competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, websites, and multimedia formats like videos or infographics.

• Social Media & SEO: Manage engaging posts, optimize content for search engines, and ensure our messaging reaches the right audiences.
• Content Strategy: Plan, execute, and monitor content strategies that align with IRIS’s business objectives and market trends.
• AI-Enhanced Content: Use AI tools to personalize and optimize content while maintaining alignment with our brand guidelines.

Your Profile:

• Experienced Marketer: At least 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or similar roles. Experience in software, technology, or automation sectors is a strong asset.
• Skilled Storyteller: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Ability to turn complex topics into engaging content.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), SEO practices, and graphic design platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Language Skills: Perfect English proficiency is required. Additionally, fluency in either French or German is essential to collaborate effectively with our diverse teams and partners.
