To help millions of customers, we need to build a user experience that is frictionless and self-serviceable as well as a go-to-market motion that is high velocity. We know our small business audience (1-25EE) prefers to self-purchase, but also may be looking for human assistance to provide reassurance. At the same time, our sales team’s time is better spent on the highest value opportunities, so we need to identify ways to automate processes and decrease cost to acquire customers downmarket.

We’re Looking For Someone To Reshape The User Experience Downmarket And Identify The Opportunities To Make It Self-service As Well As Reduce The Number Of Touches Sales Reps Need To Spend Selling In This Segment. Our Primary Goal Is Being Able To Grow Revenue Per Sales Rep Activity. Example Projects Include:

  • Reimagining and testing the self-serve evaluation experience, including trials and demos, and activating them across channels.
  • Optimizing our low touch sales motion via chat alongside our sales chat partners to increase revenue through chat.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize the low-end selling motion through AI-driven automation and scoring.

Responsibilities For Full Time Position

  • Be a member of our cross functional leadership team (Product, Marketing, Sales) working to evolve the downmarket selling motion.
  • Drive strategic decision-making at the executive level to improve efficiency and growth.
  • Pioneer new strategies solving for growth and efficiency through a deep understanding of the user journey for the small business segment.
  • Lead experimentation and strategies across channels, partnering with channel owners to create delightful customer experiences. You’ll align and work with other marketing teams, Sales, Rev Ops, and Product.
  • Identify and lead new applications of AI internally and for the prospect experience.

We’re Looking For People Who

  • (Required) Demonstrated track record of transforming go-to-market strategies at scale.
  • (Required) Have experience implementing AI in programs across the user journey to improve personalization, conversion, and human efficiency.
  • (Required) Minimum 7 years of experience of marketing strategy in minimum of 2 channels.
  • (Required) Have experience working with executive leadership, and strong communication skills in presenting to an executive team.
  • Have experience developing and driving strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Are passionate about the user experience and automation.
  • Have an analytical mind and a passion for diving into data to inform decision-making.
  • Have a habit of experimentation and view it as an essential tool for strategy.
  • Are agile and innovative, consistently bringing new ideas to solve business challenges and moving at a fast pace to hit aggressive goals.
  • Are hands on, with a comfort in driving both strategy and day-to-day execution.
