People & Culture Generalist (m/f/d)

ABOUT THIS POSITION

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist (m/f/d) who enjoys working across various HR functions, including end-to-end employee support and Learning & Development projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both operational and project-based HR work within a dynamic startup environment. You will work closely with employees and leadership, ensuring smooth HR processes and contributing to a positive company culture.

YOUR TASKS

• Serve as a key contact for employees, providing HR support and guidance on topics such as employee relations, mediation, and compliance with German labor law.
• Oversee and execute core HR processes including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
• Support payroll, contract management, and other administrative HR functions in collaboration with People Operations.
• Assist with recruitment and employer branding as needed.
• Execute Learning & Development initiatives, organizing training sessions and workshops.
• Identify team and individual development needs and coordinate targeted learning programs.
• Work on various HR projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• 2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with proven exposure to German labor law and employee relations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup, or tech-driven environment.
• Hands-on mentality, willing to take on diverse HR tasks and execute projects efficiently.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employee development, and HR operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
