Collections is a vital part of our overall leasing and financing operation. By driving down unpaid invoices at an early stage by opening up a direct dialogue with our customers for finding sustainable solutions, we can allow them to minimize the financial consequences of their delinquencies and ultimately, to keep their vehicles on the road. To establish and maintain such a direct dialogue and to subsequently find and offer the most optimal sustainable solutions requires great skill. By that, collections is an ideal growth path for those already excelling in a customer service environment and having a strong drive to further improve their conversation and negotiation skills.
Within a team of 17 passionate, talented and driven professionals, you take on the challenge to deal with customers being delinquent on their lease(s) in the most optimal and sustainable fashion. Together with your colleagues, you yourselves organize every day in a highly self-sufficient way. We frequently realign between the priorities and needs that appear during the week. As we are a multinational and multilingual team, our team language is English.
Your tasks will be:
- Backoffice support in daily operations
- Handling of incoming and outgoing mail
- Support with and preparation of administrative tasks related to collections activities
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
- Professional Education in Laws, Business Administration, Economics/Finance or a related field
- Native speaker level in Dutch language
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in customer services
- Advanced skills in French language will be considered as a plus
- Expert level in MS-Office
- Driven to win
- Driven to continuously improve

- Excellent teamwork skills
- Reliable and self-reliant way of working
