Your role with us:

We’re looking for a driven and passionate professional to lead our influencer marketing efforts in the French market. This role will focus on building impactful campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving growth across key social platforms. • Lead Influencer Marketing Strategy: Own the planning and execution of influencer marketing initiatives across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Podcasts.
• Collaborate with Agencies: Partner with local agencies to enhance social media activities and explore emerging channels for potential growth.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze channel performance, identifying insights to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results.
• Campaign Execution: Play an active role in developing and implementing creative marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.
• Drive Growth Initiatives: Use your understanding of the market, customer behavior, and industry trends to propose new strategies that fuel growth in France.

Who we\’re looking for:

• A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus, but we value relevant experience just as much.
• Experience: 1-5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, particularly with scaling and growth campaigns.
• Language Skills: Native French and fluent English (spoken and written).
• Passion and Drive: A natural problem solver with a strong sense of accountability and a love for business challenges.
