Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Principal Consultant (Worksoft Test Automation Architect) to join our dynamic team in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of test automation frameworks, specifically with Worksoft, and will have exceptional client interaction skills. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication abilities, as you will be central in designing and implementing scalable test automation solutions for our clients.

Your Role:

In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will own the engagement and deliverables for Test Automation. Some of the key tasks are listed below:

1. Design, develop, and implement Worksoft test automation frameworks and strategies to meet client-specific needs.
2. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
3. Provide expert advice and best practices in test automation to stakeholders.
4. Ensure scalable and robust test automation architectures.
5. Drive and own AI-related use cases implementation in Testing.
6. Test planning and execution.
7. Effort estimation of Test Automation tasks.
8. Ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints.
9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
10. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in test automation.
11. Continuously assess and improve automation processes and tools for enhanced efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in SAP Testing.
2. Experience in independently managing and leading SAP Worksoft Test Automation projects.
3. Proficiency in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
4. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance (QA) methodologies.
5. Experience in integration of Worksoft with ALM tools.
6. Must have implemented Lights out testing using CTM.
7. Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
8. Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale automation projects.
9. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
10. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
