Legal Counsel Position at 360T Group

We are looking for brilliant legal minds to join our growing 360T Group legal team. As a key member of our team, you will review, interpret, and translate legal requirements and effectively communicate these to the business and external stakeholders.

• Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations, and other formalities
• Calculate and handle risks in business processes and decision-making
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, and agreements
• Execute procedures to protect software licenses, patents, trademarks, and industrial designs
• Keep up with current changes in relevant areas of law and contribute to the company\’s legal knowledge base

Your profile

• German State Exam
• Minimum three years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel in a law office or legal department of a financial institution, bank, or insurance company
• Strong consulting skills and excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Analytical thinking with high accuracy and clarity in documentation
• High independence, process orientation, and conceptual skills
• Team spirit
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Business fluency in German and English, both orally and in writing
