We are looking for you as Head of Engineering (m/f/d) for our Grafenrheinfeld site with immediate effect.
Your tasks
- Disciplinary and technical management of the Engineering department
- Strategic further development of the technologies used, market observation of new trends and implementation of new automation solutions
- Technical development of the assigned departments
- Responsibility for order planning and control as well as compliance with the target productivity of the individual departments
- Optimization of project processes
- Personnel requirements planning, training requirements planning
Your qualification
- Training and further education/studies in the field of electrical engineering
- In-depth knowledge of PLC programming and circuit diagram creation
- Several years of professional experience, preferably through commissioning
- Several years of management experience
- Business and technical management of major projects, preferably in the process industry
- Reliability and willingness to take responsibility
- High level of commitment and dedication
- High level of empathy and diplomacy paired with assertiveness
- Very good knowledge of English
