What You’ll Do & Who You Are
We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager – Advertising (d/f/m) responsible for one of the most important monetization channels, User-Facing Advertising. You will lead a cross-functional team to drive positive and lasting user-focused business outcomes while identifying revenue opportunities balanced with user experience.
This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg.
The Role
- Grow Kleinanzeigen business through Advertising with your customer-centric mindset and business-savvy product leadership.
- Work in an international, autonomous & cross-functional team, OKR-driven, to prioritize and explore delivering value to users and advertisers.
- Ensure clarity, consensus, and alignment around key priorities and achievements.
- Facilitate cross-functional discovery & delivery, driving problem understanding and ensuring tangible outcomes.
- Drive collaboration within Kleinanzeigen to find technology-based monetization opportunities and deliver impactful hypotheses in a data-driven way.
What We Are Looking For
- ~6+ years experience in digital product management (Discovery and Delivery) in an agile environment.
- Strong track record of building outstanding products across multiple device types; experience in commercial selling/Retail, Consumer, or Marketplace Commerce is a plus.
- Ability to break down complex problems, structure, and solve them iteratively and incrementally.
- Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management skills, aligning cross-functional teams and driving rapid execution.
- Strong analytical skills, including identifying key problems, defining KPIs, collecting data, and communicating results.
- Strong design & UX skills, including research hypotheses, collaboration with Product Designers, and visual communication via prototypes.
- Good technical understanding and intellectual curiosity.
- A great teammate who enjoys stakeholder management, consensus-building, and decision-making.
- You are fluent in English.
