Core Responsibilities:
Financial Governance & Compliance
- Oversee domestic statutory reporting and IFRS consolidation for multi-entity operations.
- Design and implement global accounting policies to standardise processes and ensure audit readiness.
- Manage end-to-end audit coordination, including
- Individual/consolidated financial statements.
Operational Excellence
- Direct core finance functions: GL, AP/AR, payroll, tax, and expense management across 10+ entities.
- Spearhead ERP/consolidation system implementations to streamline reporting and workflows.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies through automated controls and ICS frameworks.
Strategic Treasury & Liquidity Management
- Build a centralised treasury function with cash pooling, FX hedging, and liquidity forecasting.
- Implement treasury management technology to optimise working capital and investment strategies.
Growth & Transformation Leadership
- Lead finance integration for M&A activities (due diligence, post-merger system/process alignment).
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Team Development
- Mentor a cross-functional team of accounting professionals, fostering expertise in technical accounting and global compliance.

Qualifications & Expertise
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA, Auditor, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in international finance operations.
- Experience in multi-GAAP environments (IFRS required; US-GAAP exposure a plus).
- Proven in leading ERP/consolidation software rollouts.
- Designing scalable processes for rapid organisational growth.
- Expertise in statutory reporting, group consolidation, and audit management.
- Proven success in building treasury functions (cash flow optimisation, TMS platforms).
- Experience with cross-border entity integrations and post-M&A financial harmonisation.
