We’re looking for an impact-driven (Global) Influencer Marketing Manager that will help shape & drive Flix’s brand positioning, increasing awareness, differentiation and brand love among customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing Global Influencers Marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence and amplify our narrative across multiple regions. This strategic role will allow you to work with key internal stakeholders, regional teams, & influencers to shape our brand’s global identity.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the global influencer marketing strategy across key channels, ensuring alignment with overall Brand objectives and Marketing goals.
- Create scalable, innovative strategies to grow our influencer partnerships, increase brand awareness, and drive conversion across multiple digital platforms.
- Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies based on performance, market trends, and consumer insights.
Influencer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers across all tiers (nano, micro, macro, and celebrity), ensuring long-term collaboration and brand loyalty.
- Manage and negotiate partnerships with key high-impact influencers and brand ambassadors, tapping into new audiences, exploring new channels, content formats and avenues for communication through mutually beneficial deals.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in the influencer landscape and identify new influencer opportunities that will elevate the brand.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Lead the planning and execution of diverse influencer marketing campaigns: from always-on collaborations to amplifying key brand engagement initiatives, occasions driven, or market specific campaigns. Tailor influencer partnerships to align with the unique goals of each initiative, ensuring maximum impact and relevance to target audiences across different regions and platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Organic & Paid Social, Brand, Media, Communications, Partnerships etc.) to integrate influencer campaigns into larger Marketing initiatives and ensure cross-channel consistency, developing compelling influencer briefs, campaign assets, and messaging.
- Own the influencer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimizing spend across campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring creative consistency, stakeholders alignment, timely delivery and performance tracking, providing actionable insights that drive improvement and optimization.
Profile Requirements:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media & influencer marketing, with a proven track record of leading global campaigns (be it agency side or client side)
- Experience managing social teams and collaborating across diverse international markets.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Strong expertise in influencer marketing, content creation, community building and social media trends.
- Extensive network of influencers contacts, creators relationships, and industry professionals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences.
- Deep understanding of analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and translate data into actionable insights.
- Leadership:
- Proven leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to team management.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, global environment and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovation & Adaptability:
- Ability to think strategically, innovate, and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital landscape.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, capable of navigating challenges and seizing opportunities.
- A global mindset with an understanding of different cultural nuances and the ability to localize strategies for various regions.
- Fluent in English, multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
