Your Tasks

• Conceptualize and design PLM solutions in Siemens Teamcenter to meet business requirements
• Support analysis and improvement of Nordex business processes
• Manage projects of varying complexity in a dynamic environment
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs and workflows to optimize Teamcenter utilization
• Lead external consultants and vendors, define work packages, track implementation, and ensure quality of deliverables, including training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful PLM Teamcenter solution implementation

Your Profile

Must have:

• 5+ years experience with Siemens Teamcenter

• Proactive attitude with independent thinking and strong problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of working with external suppliers

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor\’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field

• Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish are advantageous

• Willingness to travel

Nice to have:

• Experience managing a team

• Experience with NX (CAD) and its integration with Teamcenter

• Knowledge of other PLM systems

• ERP/SAP and PLM to ERP integrations

• Data model configuration and workflow design

• Experience with Manufacturing Process Planning, Product Configurator, or similar applications

• Supplier collaboration and data provisioning expertise
