A global leading technology player is looking for a Senior Partnerships and Alliances leader to join their team based out of the DACH region to take ownership and drive the partnership and alliances strategy for the European region.
The Role:
In this role as Senior Partnerships Manager, you will take responsibility for defining the strategy for partnerships and alliances across the region. You will handle all aspects from leading the strategy for partnership acquisition, as well as working with key partners on strategic joint GTM campaigns alongside the account planning teams. You will lead QBRs amongst both your team and partners to look at performance from a financial growth and retention perspective.

This role is part of their key strategic growth plan for the EMEA region with a focus on driving revenue through partners and alliances using their award-winning range of SaaS solutions to help professional services firms deliver the best service offering to their clients.
The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful Partnerships manager with several years of experience driving and growing the partnerships side of the business. You will need to have a good understanding of the legal, financial (compliance), or tax software worlds and have experience working with the Big 4 as partners as part of your role. You will also possess exceptional leadership skills as this role involves leading a team of 4 people in the region. Additional language skills in Spanish and French would be advantageous in addition to the mandatory languages of German (native level) and English (fluent).
The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between €100,000-€110,000 depending on experience, and this may be flexible, with a range of benefits and a bonus plan based on achieving revenue targets and key metrics.
