Your tasks
- Develop and implement account plans to grow the business and SoW within the district.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and positioning strategies.
- Identify high potential customers & find the right contacts within the company to introduce our products & services.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand key customers’ needs and requirements.
- Ensure that the sales and opportunity funnel is in line with the sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to expand SoW by introducing additional products or services.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Represent the company at customer events and conferences.
- Maintain customer information (data) in CRM Systems.
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Excellent communication skills to understand and address clients‘ needs, deliver persuasive sales pitches, capture the attention of potential clients, provide support, and handle any issues or concerns.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
- CRM usage is essential.
- Solution selling skills.
- Selling center expertise & buying center understanding.
- English + local language.
- Technical know-how to open discussions for design-in.
