Tasks and Responsibilities

• Technical management and disciplinary responsibility for the design of motorsport vehicles
• Leading, supervising and further developing a high-performance development team
• Responsibility for ensuring the design maturity level from the digital phase to the optimization of real vehicles
• Planning, controlling and prioritizing the individual development activities internally, with internal departments and external partners
• Supporting project management, purchasing, quality and the external and internal development partners involved in vehicle development

Requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of automotive engineering, mechatronics or comparable training
• Extensive experience and skills in the disciplinary management and motivation of development teams
• Several years of professional experience in the field of design (Catia/Siemens NX)
• Very good knowledge of vehicle-specific vehicle assemblies and systems
• Sound knowledge of operational procedures and processes in the automotive industry and suppliers
• Determination, high willingness to perform, flexibility, ability to work in a team, eagerness to learn
• Systematic, goal-oriented way of working, ability to work under pressure and high level of initiative
