As a Payroll Specialist, you are a competent contact person for all HR administrative and payroll-related topics.
Your responsibilities
- Ongoing payroll accounting for our employees
- Processing salary executions and other payroll-related processes
- Competent person for managers and HRBPs on all labor law and HR-related issues
- Handling correspondence with authorities and offices
- Design and subsequent support of our HRIS systems (BMD, BambooHR and ATOSS)
- Ongoing data maintenance and updating
- Support in the digitalization and optimization of existing and new payroll processes
Your experience
- Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, university/university of applied sciences)
- Very good knowledge of German and Austrian labor law and operational personnel administration (e.g. payroll accounting & time administration)
- Professional experience in the tax consulting industry is an advantage
- Good IT user skills and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems
- Very good communication skills in English and German
- Experience in the operation of BMD and DATEV is an advantage
