Responsibilities

• Assist in the redesign and optimization of our website with a focus on enhancing the e-commerce experience.
• Apply growth design strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
• Support in collaboration with the marketing and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
• Develop and implement new features to improve the overall user experience and drive sales.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (User Interface Design, User Experience Design, UX Growth Design or related).
• Good understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
• Experience with Figma is a must. Experience with common design and prototyping tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is required ; German is a plus.
