Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Base Salary: 1100 EUR gross
- Annual Base Salary (including 2 extra month salaries): 15,400 EUR
- Complexity bonus: 120 EUR /month (1,440 EUR /year)
- Performance Bonus: 135 EUR /month (1,620 EUR /year)
- Meal Allowance (net): 7.23 EUR /day (1,908.72 EUR /year)
- Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month (240 EUR /year)
- Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)
- Total Possible Gross Annual Income: 18,988.72 EUR plus a performance bonus on top 1,620 EUR /year
Work Schedule:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-20:00 (rotational shifts)
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 08:00-17:00
- Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through phone, email, and chat regarding their orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
- Deliver a superior customer experience, ensuring all queries are resolved with high-quality service.
- Monitor and follow up on customer issues until fully resolved, adhering to agreed deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer requests.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Language Skills: Native German with excellent formal speech and strong writing skills; English proficiency at a B2 level.
- Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and communication platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.
Important Dates:
- Start Dates: Feb 27th, or Mar 27th, 2025
Relocation support:
- Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract – up to 400 EUR in Economy class
- Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280 EUR with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
