Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer employee information, track attendance, monitor absences, and maintain leave records.
- Assist with payroll processing and related accounting tasks.
- Provide employees with support and guidance on HR-related matters.

Requirements:
- Professionally fluent in German, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
