Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing European renewable energy team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing solar PV projects across several markets, from conception to completion. This includes performing feasibility studies, supervising project execution, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong project management skills, and a passion for clean energy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, including site assessments and technical evaluations.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, in close collaboration with external partners.
- Manage all phases of PV project implementation, from design and procurement to construction and commissioning.
- Oversee the work of contractors, engineers, and other project team members to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Act as the primary contact for all project stakeholders, including customers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all aspects of the project comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in PV technology and incorporate them into project planning and execution.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and as-built drawings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing PV or renewable energy projects.
- Technical expertise in PV systems design, installation, and maintenance.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Good knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
