The Role

We are looking for an award-winning Creative Director to lead the creative vision for our brands. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on crafting bold, culture-shaping ideas while fostering an environment of creative excellence. You will lead a team of four talented creatives (Senior/Mid-Level), driving the development of breakthrough campaigns that resonate internationally.

What You’ll Do

• Creative Leadership: Shape and elevate the creative direction, ensuring the highest standards of execution.
• Hands-On Ideation: Develop and lead outstanding campaigns across multiple channels, bringing fresh, disruptive thinking.
• Client Engagement: Be a strategic partner to clients, influencing briefs, championing brave ideas, and fostering trust.
• Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and guide a team of creatives to produce award-worthy work.
• Award & Excellence Focus: Build compelling cases for award entries and push for recognition on international creative stages.
• Independent Ownership: Take full responsibility for projects, driving them forward with minimal oversight.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record of award-winning creative work (Cannes, D&AD, One Show, etc.).
• Experience as a Creative Director or equivalent leadership role in a top-tier agency.
• Ability to balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution—a true “player-coach.”
• A strong client-facing presence, able to present and sell creative ideas with confidence.
• Experience working on beauty brands is a must.
• Passion for pushing creative boundaries and delivering culturally relevant, disruptive campaigns.
• Fluency in English.
