Your area of responsibility
- Design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors integrations using Business Integration Builder (BIB).
- Integration of SAP Cloud solutions with on-premise systems (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, ADP).
- Development and optimization of interfaces (API, OData, SOAP, REST) between SAP and third-party systems.
- Creation of ABAP developments (BADI, BAPI, Web Dynpro) for SAP HCM.
- Design and implementation of cloud and hybrid architectures with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
- Development of data architectures with SAP Data Intelligence and Cloud Integration Services.
- Development of Fiori/UI5 applications for an optimal user experience.
- Error analysis and troubleshooting of interface problems between SAP and SuccessFactors (e.g. SLG1 logs, replication errors).
- Support with the migration of HR data from ERP to the cloud.
- Implementation and maintenance of authorization concepts for SAP HCM & Cloud.
Your profile
- Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Integration (SCI, CPI), MuleSoft and API-supported integration.
- ABAP development (enhancements, reports, Adobe Forms) and Web Dynpro for SAP HCM.
- In-depth know-how in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Familiar with SAP Security & Authorization Management for HCM & SuccessFactors.
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 for user-friendly applications.
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors integration or cloud architecture.
- Experience in implementing and optimizing interfaces between SAP and third-party systems.
- Understanding of SAP Payroll relevant data flow as well as Employee & Organizational Data Replication.
- Language skills: English (fluent) and German (beneficial).
