Your role

In the role of Lead Consultant, you will plan for and ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build and implementation of work product. You will participate in requirements elicitation, analysis of architecture, create and review design and contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high quality deliverables. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required

1. German proficiency level of C1/C2 (Minimum) and ability to speak in English
2. Knowledge of multiple SDLC models
3. Knowledge of relevant quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL
4. Knowledge of Estimation methodologies to plan and meet project goals
5. Knowledge of different models of maintenance & support, knowledge of SLA frameworks and Transition process and Knowledge portfolio analysis tools to select and implement the right model
6. Knowledge of Change control process & tools including traceability matrix to manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
7. Drives convergence across multiple interdependent teams, proactively resolves conflict areas
8. Anticipates customer needs, Analyzes and constantly improves systems, processes and services, resolves tough issues and builds confidence.
9. Experience in J2EE, Spring, Springboot, Restful Webservices.
10. Strong on web services, Microservices, Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns
11. Experience on Restful API
12. Experience of Hibernate, Spring JPA, XML, XSD and WSDL.
13. Experience of Oracle Database
14. Experience in Automobile Domain

Preferred

1. PMP certifications is a plus.
2. Oracle and Java Certification is a plus.
