For one of our clients in the telecom industry we’re looking for a freelance Data Protection consultant:
Project description: Cross-stream testing (in the buy tribe, in-life tribe and partner tribe) of the further/newly developed systems and data processing in the RAITT MM environment. With a focus on existing and newly introduced/developed applications and personal data streams along the entire customer lifecycle.
Tasks:
- Analysis of B2P / MM relevant data processing in the OneTrust tool for compliance with minimum data protection standards, taking into account telecommunications-relevant special features in the MM/B2P area.
- Identification and evaluation of data processing operations with personal reference in the MM/B2P context including subsidiaries.
- Answering queries from the Data Protection Office as well as specialist departments and development teams regarding data processing in the MM/B2P context.
- Technical advice on queries from the Data Protection Office as well as specialist departments and development teams regarding data processing in the MM/B2P context and checking these queries for legal and internal guidelines.
- Advice to internal stakeholders in the MM / B2P environment on data protection and legally relevant issues as well as data protection management in the OneTrust tool and compliance with the minimum requirements (legal and group guidelines) of data processing.
- Advice on the definition of epics in the area of data protection-relevant data processing as part of feature planning and in the individual tribes – Prioritization and documentation in Jira and Confluence of data processing with personal reference in Jira and Onetrust as well as adjacent systems if necessary.
- Advice to specialist departments and development teams, as well as coordination of external partners in German and English.
- Carrying out the final acceptance tests with regard to data protection issues in the further/newly developed systems before commissioning relevant data processing as well as accompanying go-live.
- Review of personal data processing including processes and validation of compliance with the statutory minimum standards or minimum standards according to group specifications.
