Deine Aufgaben
- Im Bereich Finance Transformation & Digitalization gestaltest Du gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden maßgeschneiderte Business Intelligence Lösungen, die es unseren Kunden ermöglichen, die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Beratung unserer Kunden in anspruchsvollen und spannenden Projekten im Bereich Finance Transformation, Finance Automation & Digital Finance.
- Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen in gängigen CPM Tools wie z.B. SAP und CCH Tagetik für unsere Kunden.
- Definition und Optimierung von Steuerungs-, KPI- und Treibermodellen.
- Digitalisierung von Steuerungsprozessen wie z.B. Planung, Forecast oder Reporting.
- Du gestaltest unser dynamisches, digitales und offenes Unternehmen aktiv mit.
- Wir fördern Deine Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und geben Dir die Möglichkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
- Im Einsatz bist Du entweder bei Kunden vor Ort, flexibel im Homeoffice oder an einem unserer Standorte.
Das bringst Du mit
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung durch Praktika in einer Unternehmensberatung, einem Start-up oder im Finanzbereich eines Unternehmens mit.
- Du hast Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und an der Digitalisierung im Finanzbereich.
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Einführung von CPM-Systemen oder SAP-Lösungen sind von Vorteil.
- Erster Kontakt mit Planungs- und Reporting Tools (CCH Tagetik, Power BI / SAC oder weitere) sind von Vorteil.
- Du trittst verbindlich auf und hast eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung.
- Engagement, aktive Kommunikation und Spaß an Teamwork zeichnen Dich aus.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und reist gerne zu Kunden.
