In this role, you will be responsible for establishing an IT technology map as well as creating and reviewing solution architectures for IT projects. You will set up a cloud-based Kubernetes cluster as well as a DevOps pipeline and carry out the practical development of IT solutions.
Key tasks and responsibilities :
- You design or review the solution architecture provided by IT vendors for IT projects.
- You create a technology map that lists all the IT technologies used and define the target IT technologies, including native cloud services.
- You define the technology lifecycle and implement a cloud-based Kubernetes service.
- Together with our IT governance, you will be responsible for supporting the creation of a FinOps concept for providing transparency over cloud operations costs and low-code platforms.
Skills and competencies :
- Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science / Economics / Software Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience as a developer or system architect, ideally with Java-based development experience.
- In-depth knowledge of software and integration patterns.
- Development experience in Java and frameworks as well as SpringBoot, Angular / React.
- Knowledge in the development and specification of IT interfaces based on common web, connectivity and messaging standards / protocols as well as architectural patterns such as .XML, JSON etc.
- Experience in implementing and working with cloud service-based Kubernetes clusters (EKS / AKS).
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Clear customer orientation, entrepreneurial and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills as well as an obliging and confident appearance.
