For our growing Automotive division in Büdingen (near to Hanau / Frankfurt – Germany), we are looking for a Marketing Manager DACH (f/m/x) (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) The Marketing Manager (DACH) is part of the Marketing & Communications team and reports to the Global Director Marketing.
The Marketing & Communications Team is responsible for the execution of the marketing and communications strategy and programs across our B2B and B2C channels in the Automotive and Industrial segments. The team is responsible for all cross-channel marketing activation as well as Brand Strategy and Corporate positioning. As a B2B and Trade Marketeer, you will handle the marketing & communication activities for brand awareness and commercial communication in DACH with focus on the automotive aftermarket segment.
This includes, among others, local campaign development and event planning, lead generation, as well as local content and sales collateral curation/ creation. What will your daily responsibilities include in this role? Together with the Global Director Marketing: Defining the Marketing & Communications roadmap for the DACH market Own responsibility: Developing local marketing communication initiatives and promotions in line with customer channels and target groups Design & localize content marketing strategies and set short-term goals Online and offline marketing: local implementation of digital media, including content, SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels Design & localize sales collaterals such as product brochures, promotional or POS materials Working with local sales teams in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach Operational interface function with: Product marketing, Sales Reps / Key Account Managers, and contacts on the customer side Event planning & execution Manage local PR and communication activities Management of agencies and external service providers Budget planning & monitoring What we ask for: Qualification & Experience BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field Excellent understanding of B2B and Trade marketing, preferably in automotive aftermarket (3 years+) Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing road maps, action plans and campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles Ability to create relevant contents in the 360•chain (incl.
PR) Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes would be a plus First experience in business intelligence, and obtaining and analyzing market data would be a plus Personal & Technical Competencies Excellent written and verbal skills in German and English (French and/ or Italian would be a plus) Good stakeholder management Experience in project management Structured, self-motivated way of working, committed and flexible Strong communication skills, creativity and ability to bring in own ideas Outgoing personality with strong team spirit Available to travel occasionally in DACH/ Europe (approx. 15%) IT skills: MS Office Suite (primarily PPT, Excel) Web content management systems (CMS) Drupal, Adobe Creative Cloud (in particular Indesign), and Marketing Automation tools (Hubspot, GetResponse, or similar) would be a plus What we offer: We offer you a challenging, responsible and varied job in a modern, fast growing divison within an International Corporation.
