is responsible for the design, development, manufacturing, delivery and logistic support of the TP400-D6 engines for the A400M aircraft. Scope:
For aligned suppliers:
Manage the order placement and delivery of hardware, including new modules & kits into the Engine Assembly Line (EAL) as well as spare parts to OCCAR, ADS (Airbus Defense & Space) and Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Shops.\\nEnsure supplier performance meets the needs of our customers.
Accountabilities:
Ensure on time and on quality delivery of Part21 hardware:
Manage the production and delivery of Part21 hardware as per the Master Schedule & Order Book.\\nEnsure availability through supporting forecasting process, flow down and robust industrial governance.\\nEnsure that all orders are placed, managed, tracked and closed with action taken to resolve any gaps.\\nProvide robust reporting and status to both the Product Delivery and the wider EPI
organisation, including coordination with demand providers when the demand cannot be executed.\\nEscalate effectively and clearly to Head of Product Delivery when the supply chain is unable to fulfil the customer need on time or on quality.\\nSupport the risk management process and supplier industrial reviews.
Continuous improvement of supply chain activities:
Continually identify improvements to our ways of working.\\nWork as a critical part of the team to implement improvement activities.\\nSupport development of the supply chain aligned to future business.
Profile:
Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering, Business, Programme Management or Supply Chain Management.\\n2-3 years experience required in relevant fields of work. Experience in aviation industry is a plus.\\nHigh negotiation skills to manage complex product delivery plans with vendors and customer.\\nHigh coordination, communication and presentation skills.\\nMember of, or working towards, professional procurement, operations and/or supply chain management organization.\\nAble to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.\\nVery good English written and spoken necessary.\\nGood German written and spoken preferable.\\nHigh coordination, communication and presentation skills.\\nVery good knowledge and handling of SAP necessary.\\nGood knowledge and use of MS-Office.\\nReports to: Head of Product Delivery\\nBenefits:
