Tasks and Qualifications:
Your tasks:
- You provide timely insights when risks and critical issues arise, and you identify broader impact of related topics from all workstreams
- You input to project delivery governance processes to improve delivery performance – Be part of our continuous improvement expertise
- You advise and support the program operationally in planning, monitoring and controlling the project processes through the entire program life cycle
- You coach and support the creation and maintenance of project plans, status reports and other standard documents in connection with the project management methodology in the company
- You ensure the quality of results and compliance with standards
- You support onboarding and training for project members as well as conducting meetings and workshops
- You structure and maintain the project management documentation based on MS SharePoint
Your profile:
- You hold a degree in business administration, (business) informatics or a comparable course of study as well as a few years of professional experience in project management in the context of a PMO role
- You have already gained practical knowledge and experience in project management in context of a transformation project
- You have proficient experience in stakeholder management
- As an organisational talent, you enjoy working in an international environment and are highly committed to your work
- You have knowledge of JIRA, Power BI, MS Project, MS Teams and MS Office
- You are characterised by intercultural competence and strong communication skills, which you demonstrate confidently in English (German is a plus)
