INTRODUCTION: For one of our clients, in the financial services sector based in Geneva , we are looking for an : Accounting Administrative Assistant H/F for a temporary full-time position DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION: Our client is looking for a general accountant who can manage everything from A to Z, right through to the balance sheet. On a daily basis: Help to All administration and accounting Invoices booking Invoice verification Bank account updating weekly and Monthly Payments On a bi-weekly basis: Payments preparation Payments booking Payment summary update On a monthly basis : Bank statement booking Financial report Entities: booking and invoices validation, update the Budget PROFIL ATTENDU: Certified Accountant degrees. Experience in a family office, trust company or bank Excellent professional presentation and exemplary attitude Good knowledge of accounting rules in Switzerland and France. Basic knowledge of accounting rules in the USA (US GAAP/ SWISS GAP/ IFRS). Twenty years\‘ experience in an Accounting position. Ten to fifteen years\‘ experience in an accounting position. Versatility: open to administrative tasks (data entry, reception).
