For our European HQ, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated employee as Coordinator Logistics (m/f/d) Location: Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main Responsibilities: • Management for daily movement goods • Tracking and Monitoring the daily In/out-bound goods • Develop transport route in Europe • Management for third party warehouse (MRO procurement, managing equipment vendor) • Analyze and manage transport lead time Requirements: • At least 2-3 years of logistics experience in Europe • Native German and fluent English is required • Background/Apprenticeship as a “Speditionskaufmann/-frau” or “Aussenhandelskaufmann/-frau • Knowledge of handling 3PL providers • Good understanding of import/export handling and customs • Experience in procurement of supply material • Experience in bidding for road freight • Good negotiation skills for freight and supply material procurement • International and intercultural experience is a plus • Strong handling of common MS Office Excel and MS Office programs • A positive and systematical attitude, flexible and able to work as part of a team • Strong communication skills, presentation skills, reporting skills Our Offer: • You can expect a collegial working environment with appropriate scope for action and decision-making • The daily amenities in our modern office includes e.g. an ergonomic workstation and new IT equipment • You will receive exciting personal and professional development opportunities and further training • A parking space (if available), as well as other benefits such team events in summer and winter • Corporate Benefit Program, Fitness benefit and Pluxee Meal vouchers • 30 days of vacation. • Our office is well connected for car, bus and S-Bahn Interested?
