Our client is seeking an experiencedSenior IAM Instructor/Consultant to train and mentor new colleagues inIdentity & Access Management (IAM) . This role blendstechnical expertise with hands-on training , ensuring that employees are equipped for real-world IAM challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliverpractical IAM training programs , combining technical depth with effective teaching methods.
- Mentor and supportnew IAM professionals , fostering long-term skill development.
- Collaborate with IAM teams to ensure training aligns withindustry trends and best practices .
- Stay updated onIAM technologies such asSailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping, Delinea , and concepts likeMFA, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, and PAM .
Ideal Profile:
- Strong IAM background with adegree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on expertise inIAM tools, security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2), and compliance frameworks .
- Experience deliveringtraining, workshops, and mentoring programs .
