Social network you want to login/join with: The Industrialization Manager will join a team of 3 and will report to the Head of Supply Chain. Your Tasks Gather requirements of the \“Product Quality Improvements\“ and assess with the Quality Manager if a product modification or quality card needs to be created. Create Product modification in collaboration with internal actors and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Monitor prices of Technical Information and check quotations. Focus on production planning if any production bottleneck occurs. Support the introduction of new products in production, in relation with the Project Manager. Support logistics to ensure a smooth material workflow. Manage the production/assembly procedures. Manage QCards implementation in the supply chain with the Quality Manager. Manage quality assurance system and equipment with the OEM, in relation with the Quality Manager. Your Profile Bachelor or Master degree in Mechatronics Engineering. Background in mechanics, electronics, industrial automation, quality control, optics, and metrology. Experience in a similar position, preferably in machine-tool, robotics, or special machinery industry. Fluent written and spoken in English and in French; Italian or German or Chinese is a plus. Able to work in an international and multicultural organization. Willing to travel (> 20%). Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Process-oriented; able to identify process improvements and implement change successfully. Adaptable to changing project scopes and priorities; remains solution-oriented through change.
