About us

At Zeiss Digital Partners (ZDP), we have a clear goal: Enabling and accelerating the digital transformation of ZEISS @speed and @scale. We develop digital solutions jointly with the ZEISS business units and accelerating innovation that delivers a future value for our customers and our company.

Digital Business Innovation within ZDP is a cross-functional team building digital solutions and business models as well as driving strategic digital programs. We apply customer-centric methodologies like Design Thinking and Voice of the Customer and combine those with our business and strategy acumen.

Join us as a Project Manager to shape and contribute towards the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS.

Your Role

• Lead innovation projects as well as teams to identify and define cutting-edge digital solutions to drive business value for ZEISS
• Identify and define the value propositions and key functionalities that add value to our customers and ZEISS
• Create (ecosystem) business models, evaluate the market potential of ideas and create sound business cases
• In an agile setup, steer cross-functional teams, including other ZEISS Digital Partners & ZEISS business units, in implementation projects and workstreams
• Design and implement the necessary processes and structures that guarantee the long-term success of the solutions
• Drive strategic digital transformation projects that define and strengthen our future digital ecosystem success

Your profile

• University degree from a Tier 1 University, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics or business
• 3-4 years of experience, preferably in digital transformation, innovation or product management for digital solutions in B2B industry or in top management consulting
• Track record of successfully leading (sub-)projects using agile methodology in a consulting set up
• Sound understanding of the digital economy and data-enabled business models paired with a passion for ZEISS‘ products and markets
• Strong communication skills and the empathy to easily communicate with people from diverse backgrounds
• Fluency in English and German
