Head of Business Development Rotkreuz, Zug, CH (hybrid) | Full Time | Valid through 12/31/2024 Centralsoft is a dynamic and innovative software company committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. As we continue to expand our reach and capabilities, we are seeking a seasoned Head of Business Development to spearhead our Marketing, Sales and Growth efforts. This is a full-time hybrid role where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Centralsoft. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and implement Marketing, Sales and Growth strategies that align with our business model. In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in driving our growth, building and managing robust Marketing and Sales teams, and ensuring seamless coordination between these departments. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive Sales and Marketing strategies that support our business objectives and promote growth. Lead, inspire, and manage Sales and Marketing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Oversee the recruitment and development of Sales and Marketing personnel, ensuring a high-performance team. Coordinate between the Sales and Marketing departments to ensure alignment in strategies and goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and business development. Collaborate directly with the company executives, providing regular updates on departmental progress and performance. Qualifications Proven experience in a senior Business Development, Sales and/or Marketing role, preferably in the software industry. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Excellent strategic thinking, with an ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field could eventually be helpful but it\’s not a must have.
