FIVE\’s exciting new project, FIVE Zurich, which opened on 30th June 2022, is a newly revamped lifestyle hotel and Swiss hotspot that has previously been visited by the likes of Rihanna, Freddy Mercury, Grace Jones and Muhammad Ali as regular guests. It overlooks the city center from Zurich\’s stunning Uetliberg plateau and offers 87 stunning contemporary suites as well as several award-winning culinary concepts centered around FIVE\’s hallmark musical stylings. As HR Intern you will join a committed front office team driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star\‘ guest experiences to an international diaspora. As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push groundbreaking boundaries. You\’ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals. Be well versed on mandatory HR policies & procedures, and online government systems in order to provide advice on current practices and onboarding employees Develop and maintain confidential departmental and employee files and databases Coordinate employee recruitment process, as appropriate, ensuring search documentation is accurate, consistent, and complete Coordinate departmental employee relation functions in consultation with the Human Resources Manager Prepare and complete the monthly Human Resources report and other statistical reports as required by the Human Resources Manager Ensure the Onboarding and Offboarding process is seamless Manage the administration tasks relating to a team member\’s start and departure Support with monthly payroll updates administration: checking worked hours, holidays, absences, overtime, lieu days, lateness, etc. Responsible to ensure that all team member notice boards are kept updated e.g., new joiners, promotions, awards, engagement results etc. Maintain a good working relationship with other department & employees Daily communication with hotel employees and receiving their requests Daily check on employee locker, changing rooms and transportation Work collaboratively with all Senior Managers and Employees in enhancing operational processes Live the exciting FIVE Life Attractive incentive schemes Rapid career advancement Team-spirited colleagues
