Tasks Leading, motivating, and developing the Product Design & Engineering Global Team. Enabling the development of products that meet customer needs and anticipate future market trends and global account technology roadmaps. Strengthening the global organization through technical training and process global standardization. Ensuring that processes between the teams run efficiently (interfaces to process engineering, sales, production, project teams, etc.). Implementing the global product design strategy while considering quality and economic aspects. Evaluating new process technologies and proposals for technical solutions. Developing and defining products and components according to customer specifications and industry-specific standards. Leading projects and ensuring that costs, deadlines, and quality are met. Coordinating with the Sales and Production departments to further develop products and processes. Responsible for the development of automation solutions and equipment for spring production. Creating concepts and design drafts. Creating and maintaining product data and material master data. Defining, creating, and maintaining product documentation (FMEA, risk analysis, spare parts concept, operating instructions). Supporting prototypes until they are ready for production.
